Lenovo K8 Note Review // Best Phone by Lenovo Yet ?

Lenovo K8 Note , which was launched in August in India is currently the talk of the town . The much awaited phone is being claimed to be the best mid ranger by Lenovo yet with an amazing price to specifications ratio . The phone is available in 2 variants , a 3 GB RAM + 32 GB ROM at ₹13,000 and a 4 GB RAM + 64 GB ROM at ₹14,000 . The reviews by people who have it are extremely positive as of now .

Display –

Talking about the phone itself it weighs around 180 grams which is quite heavy compared to its other brand counterparts but for sure is bearable  and acceptable as it has a 5.2 inch Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display which is completely waterproof . The screen resolution is 1080 × 1920 pixels which is full HD and is OK as nothing more than that could be expected by a mid ranger . It has also got a fingerprint sensor .

Camera –

The camera has 16 megapixels at the back and the front camera tops up 5 megapixels . With an aperture of f/2.0 at the rear with a capability of recording 1920 × 1080 pixels only at 30 fps might take it off the list of the best mid ranger camera phones . If you are looking for a camera oriented phone , better go for a moto phone .

Chipset –

Under the hood it has got a Snapdragon 420 chipset with 8 cores ( 64 bit ) . As mentioned earlier you can get a 3 GB RAM + 32 GB ROM at ₹13,000 and a 4 GB RAM + 64 GB ROM at ₹14,000 . It is a SD card compatible phone unlike many other brands ( Yes , I’m looking at you Xiomi ) . The GPU it has got is a Qualcomm Adreno 505 .

Battery –

This beast comes with a juice ( battery ) capable of providing 4000mAH . This gives Lenovo a advantage over its competitors . It also supports Qualcomm quickcharge but is non removable .

Sensors and Connectivity –

Talking about the sensors and connectivity , this phone can hold up to 2 sim cards and is of course equipped with bluetooth and wi-fi . It also supports VoLTE , in case if you still use Jio . The sensors it comes equipped with are Proximity, Light, Accelerometer, Compass and Gyroscope . And yes Lenovo is smart enough to keep the headphone jack instead of making the phone slimmer for no reason .
